I’m not sure enough time was taken to clean my carpets. When compared to a newly cleaned carpet runner by Delaware rug, the carpet looks poorly. My family room carpet was left very wet. Carpet cleaning is disruptive. To go through all of it and then see only fair results is disappointing.

THE SERVICE NEVER OCCURRED!!!!! I was scheduled for 1/15/26 at 1pm. I called the company twice to figure out where the service technician was and I didn’t receive any call backs or updates! Horrible service. I want a refund!

You did not show up. You did not bother to call and inform me that you were not coming. The person that answered the phone when I called what not at all helpful. If this is the way you do business I will think twice before I hire you again.
NOT PLEASE WITH YOUR SERVICE.
